We are a national leading Affordable Housing Company specializing in affordable housing industry, ranked # 1 in 2019 by AHF.
We are now hiring for an Superintendent to add to our amazing team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the organization.
- Participate in the make-ready of vacant units.
- In charge of maintaining overall appearance and cleanliness of the community.
- Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy by performing various and as needed electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance and repairs. Make-ready also includes painting the apartment, and overall apartment cleaning or other activities, as necessary.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are organized and in proper working order, request replacements as necessary and assist in stocking the inventory.
- Be available for rotating on-call.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Drywall
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking required.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
- Must provide excellent customer service with every interaction
- Must have reliable transportation.
Must have 2 years experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
