Job Title: Registered Nurse (Operating Room)
Location: Avenue B, Scottsbluff, NE 69361
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: Varied. Weekend and Weekday Call; every 4-5th weekend on call and then 1-week night a week of on call
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours
Pay Details:
For Local Candidates (Who Reside 50 miles within the Facility): $75 to $80.
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $77.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,772.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $42.39
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,526.04
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,245.96
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $80.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,880.00

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic surgical team in Scottsbluff, NE. This position requires experience circulating a variety of surgical cases, with a strong background in orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Nebraska or Compact)
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Orthopedic OR experience required
- Neuro OR experience required (Level I or Level II trauma experience)
- Current BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS preferred
Schedule
- 4x10-hour shifts
- Weekend call every 4–5 weekends
- One weekday/night call per week
