As a Slot Technician I, you’ll play a key role in keeping the casino floor running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting slot machines while helping create a great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities: Responsible for adjusting, maintaining, troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on slot machines, reading slot machine history logs and game re-plays, answering guest questions pertaining to slot machine game rules, performing printer fills, providing first class guest service, acting in accordance with departmental Internal Controls and Job Instructions.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to the Tribal/Gaming’s Drug and Alcohol policy. Must adhere to all Tribal/Gaming Agency Personnel Policies and Procedures. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong orientation to excellent guest service. Must be self-reliant and capable of working independently as appropriate or necessary. Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and be insurable under the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe's auto insurance carrier. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must have experience with mechanical and electromechanical systems. Must be able to lift and periodically carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of Slot equipment or be willing to learn these systems and demonstrate proficiency on these systems within three months of hire.
Full-time, benefited position, starting rate $13.89-$18.47. .* The candidate will be working a graveyard shift to start, with any potential future schedule changes at the discretion of management. Must pass a background security check prior to and during the course of employment. Open until filled. *
