Position Summary
The Office Coordinator serves as the administrative heartbeat of Florence Crittenton Services. This in-office position oversees daily office operations, front desk administration, campus scheduling, visitor services, communications, office logistics, vendor coordination, and employee support.
Working closely with staff, students, families, volunteers, Denver Public Schools, Early Childhood Education partners, donors, and community organizations, this individual helps ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment that supports our mission every day.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
What You'll Do
You'll wear many hats and make an impact every day by:
- Coordinating daily office operations and maintaining campus calendars and scheduling
- Managing front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service to students, families, visitors, volunteers, donors, and community partners
- Welcoming guests and managing visitor check-in using the Raptor Visitor Management System
- Managing the organization's general email account and routing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinating website updates, internal communications, staff directories, and the FloConnect intranet
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and workplace resources
- Coordinating mail, deliveries, packages, and office logistics
- Processing incoming checks and administrative documentation
- Supporting employee onboarding, recognition programs, birthdays, anniversaries, and engagement activities
- Maintaining conference rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces
- Supporting campus safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and Safety Committee activities
- Collaborating with departments across the organization to ensure smooth campus operations
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred); equivalent experience may be considered
- At least one year of office management, administrative coordination, executive support, or related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and web-based applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, welcoming attitude
Preferred Qualifications

- Nonprofit, education, healthcare, or human services organizations
- Website content management
- Vendor coordination
- Office scheduling and visitor management systems
- Administrative technology platforms
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal background check prior to employment
Physical & Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position in a professional office environment. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required, along with standing, walking, and frequent computer use. Additional hours may occasionally be required for special events.
