Dream Yoga & Wellness is a warm, inclusive wellness studio focused on physical movement, mental resilience, and community connection. We offer yoga, restorative experiences, and wellness services designed to support the whole person - mind and body.
**We now have 2 locations - Indian Land, SC and Waxhaw, NC. We are ideally looking for someone who has flexibility to work at both locations if necessary.**
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, people-first Part-Time Sales & Front Desk Associate who thrives in both studio operations and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and representing a wellness brand in the community.
This position combines front desk operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Studio Operations
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
- Manage class check-ins, memberships, and retail sales
- Answer phone, emails, and text inquiries
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and studio environment
- Handle laundry (towels, mats) and light studio upkeep
Sales & Member Experience
- Make outbound and inbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into memberships and class packages
- Educate prospective members on classes, pricing, and offerings
- Support member retention through relationship building
- Assist with promotions, events, and special offers
Child Care Watch
- Provide safe, attentive child care during designated times
- Maintain a clean and organized child care area
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with sales, outreach, and follow-up
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wellness, community, and connection
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or wellness is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
- Based on experience
