Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with shoppers and building lasting relationships
- Drive sales through product knowledge, styling recommendations, and personalized service
- Create a welcoming and elevated boutique atmosphere that encourages repeat business
- Confidently assist customers with women’s fashion, accessories, gifts, and home décor selections
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends, and new arrivals
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, receiving shipments, and maintaining visual standards
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
- Support opening and closing responsibilities, including balancing the till
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High-school Diploma or GED
- Available on weekends
- Available to work closing shifts (from 2 - 9:30 pm)
- A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- A passion for sales, customer service, and boutique retail
- Someone self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- An eye for style and an appreciation for women’s fashion and lifestyle products
- Ability to multitask and stay energized in a busy retail environment
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
