Spartan Sports is looking for a Full Time call center representative to join our team in Redding, CA. We work Monday-Friday 9-3 pm. NO WEEKENDS. We will train you no experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Calling business to sell advertising on t-shirts, posters, programs
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive phone communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a call center representative, server or other relevant position.
- Strong communication and time management skills along with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour
