Residential Behavioral Assistant (PRN)
Program: Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program
Starting Minimum Rate: $15.00/hour
PRN / As-Needed Schedule
Shifts May Include:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services (UBCSS) is seeking a PRN Residential Behavioral Assistant to join our Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and passionate about supporting adults in a residential behavioral health setting.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor residential homes daily for safety and cleanliness
-
Support residents with hygiene and daily living skills
-
Assist with meal planning and meal preparation
-
Help coordinate recreational, social, and community outings
-
Transport residents to appointments and community activities using agency vehicles

Some travel may include highway driving and varying distances

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with team members

Support a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health or human services

Associate degree or higher preferred
-
High school diploma with relevant experience will be considered

Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well under pressure

Basic computer literacy required
