Common Pasta is a food cart featuring handmade and freshly extruded pasta. Pastas are served with traditional sauces and seasonal ingredients. We also bake 2 types of sourdough bread daily. There are weekly specials as well that feature different techniques and local ingredients. Service is predominately M-F, 11am - 1pm, on the capital square in Madison. 7am start time daily. Finish between 3-4pm daily. There is a good amount of catering events and specialty wine dinners which may require some nights and weekends.
Common Pasta is in search of a passionate, goal oriented person. An ideal candidate will have culinary experience that will enable them to prep the food and help create weekly specials. Common Pasta is seeking an individual that is looking to grow with the organization and train in important roles such as driving the food cart, running the wholesale pasta program, and executing catering events. Other job duties include cashiering, maintaining a clean and organized shop, and helping with dishes.
Reliable transportion is required.
