Turn Products Into Content People Actually Want to Watch
We are a multi-brand company, Stash Proof and Audio Icon.
We are looking for a creative, culturally aware, and organized Social Media Content Creator
We need someone who can take a product, develop an idea, film it, edit it, write the caption, and turn it into content that stops the scroll
This is primarily a hands-on content creation role, not a position focused only on scheduling posts or editing footage created by others. You will create original content both in-house and remotely for two growing consumer brands with distinct audiences.
Meet the Brands
- Stash Proof creates premium vacuum-sealing, storage, travel, and odor-resistant products designed around freshness, organization, discretion, and everyday convenience.
- Audio Icon creates innovative recording accessories for artists, engineers, producers, podcasters, and content creators.
You must be able to understand both audiences and create content that feels natural, accurate, and authentic to each brand.
What You'll Do
- Develop, film, edit, and publish original short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create product demonstrations, educational videos, lifestyle content, FAQs, comparisons, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, calls to action, and short-form marketing copy.
- Build and maintain an organized content calendar for both brands.
- Set up products, backgrounds, props, lighting, and basic audio for content shoots.
- Identify relevant trends and adapt them to each brand without losing authenticity.
- Occasionally appear on camera, provide voice-over content, or direct others during a shoot.
- Identify and engage influencers, musicians, producers, engineers, affiliates, and content creators.
- Help coordinate influencer gifting, affiliate campaigns, product seeding, and user-generated content.
- Track outreach and campaign deliverables, then use performance data to improve future content.
- Repurpose content across platforms while keeping each post appropriate for its audience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience creating social media content for a brand, business, artist, creative project, or personal platform.
- Ability to take content from concept to finished post without constant direction.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current short-form content formats.
- Strong caption writing, spelling, grammar, and communication skills.
- Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- A practical understanding of lighting, framing, composition, pacing, and basic audio quality.
- Working knowledge of influencer outreach and affiliate marketing.
- A genuine understanding of music, recording culture, artists, producers, engineers, or studio environments.
- Familiarity with odor-control products, specialty storage, herbal lifestyle products, or adjacent regulated consumer markets.
- Ability to manage two brands with different audiences, priorities, and creative directions.
- Dependability, organization, openness to feedback, and availability for hybrid work in Irwindale.
A college degree is not required. We care more about your creativity, portfolio, reliability, cultural awareness, and ability to produce strong content.
Camera and Production Expectations
Professional DSLR operation is not required for everyday content creation. Most daily content may be filmed with a smartphone. However, familiarity with DSLR cameras and basic camera settings is preferred, and candidates should have a solid understanding of lighting, composition, and visual presentation.
Why Join Us?
You will help shape the content direction of two growing brands instead of creating the same type of content every day. One day, you may film an artist using an Audio Icon product. The next, you may create a product demonstration or lifestyle campaign for Stash Proof.
You will have room to bring ideas to the table, experiment with new formats, build creator relationships, and see how your work directly supports brand growth.
Schedule, Location, and Compensation
- Full-time, hybrid position with both on-site and remote work.
- On-site work takes place in Baldwin Park, California.
- On-site availability is required for product shoots, planning sessions, and selected campaigns.
- $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and relevant industry knowledge.
