American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an outpatient clinic setting in Carbondale, CO, working 4x10-hour shifts per week including Saturdays.

Outpatient clinic setting treating a variety of diagnoses focused on improving strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function

Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week; days will vary and include a Saturday

Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3–5 years preferred

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required; 3–5 years preferred

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required

Active Colorado PT license (DORA) or Compact license valid for Colorado required; license required if applicable

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required

Flu vaccine required; no exemptions

DOB or SSN required for consideration

Responsibilities include patient evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, and education of patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
