Job Overview
Wilmar Chocolates is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in their shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized sales floor. This role will also assist in packing efforts as well as light confectionery production.
Shifts (Appleton & Neenah):
· Seasonal Position September 2026 – December 2026
· Day & Evening Shifts Available
· Rotating Saturdays as Needed (Hours Extended 1 Hour During Holiday Season)
Shifts (Neenah):
· Morning / Daytime Hours 9:30AM – 4PM
· Rotating Evenings as Needed
· Rotating Saturdays as Needed
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
- Provide knowledgeable information to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed to ensure optimal presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform light confectionery production and packing that follows a schedule and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to work closely with the Retail Manager
- Occasionally lift 25-50 lbs

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
