We are seeking a reliable, career-minded individual to join our team and grow into a key role within the business. This is a hands-on position with structured training, ideal for someone interested in developing skills in retail operations, sales, and business management. This role offers a clear path for increased responsibility and advancement into leadership over time.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with repeat customers
- Learn and develop product knowledge in wine, spirits, and gourmet foods
- Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory
- Support ordering and vendor coordination
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (payroll, invoicing, reporting using QuickBooks or similar)
- Help maintain store standards, organization, and compliance with regulations
- Participate in team support, scheduling coordination, and overall store success
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of retail, hospitality, business, or administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong interest in learning wine, retail operations, and business fundamentals
- Demonstrated job stability and reliability (consistent work history preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers and systems
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Interest in wine education (Sommelier or WSET pathway)
