Two Arrows Cleaning Services – Residential Cleaning Professional
Two Arrows Cleaning Services is strengthening and expanding our residential cleaning team.
This is not a quick cash cleaning job. This is a real position with real expectations, real structure, and real opportunity.
We are looking for reliable, detailed, hard-working people who want steady work, respect, and the chance to grow with a company that cares about its team but also demands excellent work.
Cleaning homes professionally is not easy. It requires discipline, consistency, attention to detail, and pride. Our cleaners do work that many people underestimate, and we respect the level of care, physical effort, and dedication it takes to do this job well.
What a Normal Workday Looks Like
A normal day with Two Arrows starts with communication and preparation.
You will receive your assigned home through our company application. The assignment will include the home information, the type of cleaning, the scheduled time, and the required task list. Depending on the house, the cleaning may be a standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, or another residential service.
Once you arrive, you will follow the checklist and complete the required tasks based on the type of home and service requested. This may include bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, floors, dusting, surfaces, trash removal, detail work, and other assigned cleaning tasks.
As you work, communication matters. Our office team stays connected with cleaners through our communication systems, including our company application, phone, text, and team communication channels when needed. We expect clear updates, professional communication, and honesty if there is an issue, delay, concern, or something inside the home that needs attention.
After the cleaning is completed, our office follows up with the client. We care about the client’s experience, but we also care about making sure our cleaners are supported, heard, and treated fairly. When feedback comes in, we use it to improve the service, strengthen the team, and continue building a company people are proud to work for.
Growth Opportunity
Some team members may start with one to three houses per week. As reliability, quality, communication, and trust are established, that can grow into more consistent work, including the possibility of one house per day.
For team members who want more earning opportunities, commercial cleaning may also become available. Commercial facilities may include evening or weekend opportunities, depending on the account and company needs.
We also provide gas allowances and rag washing allowances based on the work assigned and company policy. We understand that cleaners use their vehicles, time, energy, and effort to complete the work, and we try to support our team in a fair and practical way.
How We Treat Our Cleaners
Our residential cleaners are the face of Two Arrows.
They walk into clients’ homes, protect their privacy, care for their spaces, and carry the reputation of the company with them. That matters.
We respect cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and show up with the right attitude. We know this job is physical. We know it takes patience. We know great cleaning requires more than just “wiping things down.”
Our goal is to build a team where cleaners feel respected, supported, and heard. We believe in open communication. We are willing to listen to employee concerns, ideas, and feedback. We want people who want to grow with us, not just work for us.
At the same time, we are serious about quality. We expect excellent work, professionalism, reliability, and respect for every client’s home.
What You Will Do
Perform high-quality residential cleanings.
Follow company checklists, training, and cleaning standards.
Represent Two Arrows professionally in every home.
Communicate clearly with the office and team.
Arrive on time and complete assigned work properly.
Protect client privacy and treat every home with care.
Report issues, concerns, damages, delays, or client requests immediately.
Help build a strong, reliable, professional residential cleaning team.
Pay and Growth
Starting pay is $21.50 per hour.
After 90 days, pay increases to $23.50 per hour for strong, consistent performance.
Additional raises, gas allowances, rag washing allowances, bonuses, and expanded opportunities are based on reliability, quality, communication, availability, and long-term commitment.
We do not play games with pay. If you show up, do good work, communicate clearly, respect the clients, and represent the company well, you will be valued.
