Job Overview
Hawk Associates is seeking an IT professional who wants to join a mission-focused team at Fort Huachuca, Arizona -- A team that is dedicated to providing Clients with successful technical solutions and Employees with job satisfaction. Growth opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
- System Administrator support to: thin client/zero client networks; DCGS-A and other tactical intelligence systems; simulations; and NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, NSANet
- Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators
- Interact with users and evaluate vendor products
- Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinate installation, and provide backup/recovery
- Develop and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources
- Set up administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation, tune system performance, install system wide software, and allocate mass storage space
Requirements:
- Current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
- At least 2 years of applicable experience
- VMWare experience
- Experience with OS (Windows, LINUX, or RedHat)
- Knowledge of current DoW network administration requirements, concepts, practices, and procedures.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
