Duties
- Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading and record keeping
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions
- Support office management activities including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Assist with personal assistant duties when needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and phone etiquette
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
