Job Overview
Florida Traffic Management LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and civil construction projects involving fencing systems, gates, temporary structures, concrete work, framing, and general carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair wood, metal, and composite structures.
- Install temporary and permanent fencing systems, swing gates, and construction enclosures.
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, and general woodworking tasks.
- Assist with concrete forming and concrete pours.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of construction carpentry experience preferred.
- Experience with fencing, gates, framing, and concrete work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Florida Traffic Management LLC está buscando un Carpintero de Construcción con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en proyectos de construcción comercial y civil, incluyendo instalación de cercas, portones, estructuras temporales, concreto, framing y carpintería general.
Responsabilidades
- Construir, instalar y reparar estructuras de madera, metal y materiales compuestos.
- Instalar cercas temporales y permanentes, portones abatibles y cerramientos de construcción.
- Realizar trabajos de framing, carpintería general y acabados.
- Asistir en trabajos de encofrado y vaciados de concreto.
- Leer e interpretar planos y dibujos de construcción.
- Medir, cortar y ensamblar materiales según las especificaciones del proyecto.
- Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura.
- Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura.
- Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
Requisitos
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en carpintería de construcción.
- Experiencia en cercas, portones, framing y concreto.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos.
- Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras.
- Transporte confiable.
- Certificación OSHA es una ventaja.
- Experiencia en soldadura es una ventaja.
- Bilingüe (Inglés/Español) preferido.
