Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling practices at all times
- Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements and update stock records in real-time
- Stock shelves, produce displays, and merchandise products according to store standards to maximize sales potential
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management processes to prevent stock discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and sales floor areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents, and documenting discrepancies
- Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping environment
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse teams and customers
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and proper lifting techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and merchandising tasks
- Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory calculations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments
