Now Hiring: Registered Dietitian – Program Director (Full-Time)
for Plant-forward Virtual Private Practice

Qualifications Required:
- Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD).
- Experience using Motivational Interviewing (MI) during consultations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in private practice or telehealth plant-forward nutrition counseling.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing or supervising Registered Dietitians.
- Strong time management and efficient multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with technology and telehealth platforms.
- Private, quiet workspace with: High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps), At least 2 monitors for efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of plant-based/vegan MNT is essential.
- Ability to work Pacific Time (PT) hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Spanish fluency (reading, writing, speaking) is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interview, onboard, and train new RD staff.
- Oversee scheduling, support, and performance of the RD team.
- Lead weekly RD team meetings.
- Provide ongoing staff development, coaching, and quality assurance.
- Deliver disciplinary guidance when necessary.
- Revise and update policies, procedures, and training videos & materials.
- Counsel patients on a limited basis as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
