Staffworks Professional is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to play a key role on our clients leadership team. This is an opportunity to lead the end-to-end supply chain, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Lead production planning, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and order fulfillment.
Develop and mentor the site Supply Chain team.
Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory and customer delivery performance.
Drive supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and improve key supply chain metrics.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing to support growth and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years Manufacturing supply chain leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, planning, purchasing, inventory management, and S&OP.
Competitive starting salary of $130,000 per year
