We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a solid background in accounting principles. Your knowledge of Vantaca property software and fund accounting would be a plus.

Responsibilities:-
Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Prepare and maintain financial reports consisting of month-end and year-end closings

Manage General Ledger entries and adjustments

Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Utilize Vantaca software for property and HOA accounting
Qualifications:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must

Proficient in property management software, Vantaca a+

2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or property management environment
