We're looking for a motivated Tree Climber / Arborist Climber who wants more than a paycheck. We want someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Perform tree pruning and removals according to ANSI standards
- Climb trees using ropes, saddles, and modern climbing techniques
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other tree care equipment safely
- Conduct tree preservation and plant health care support work
- Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
- Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We're Looking ForRequired:
- Tree climbing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Preferred:
- CDL
- ISA Certified Arborist (or desire to become certified)
- Experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts
- Experience with technical rigging and removals
