We're looking for an experienced, high-performing Sales Consultant to join our growing medical spa team.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone who is confident selling high-ticket treatment packages, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and is motivated by earning an exceptional income.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations with new and existing clients
- Recommend customized treatment plans and package options
- Confidently present and close high-value treatment packages
- Assist clients with financing options and financing applications
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize conversions
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Work closely with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding client experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience closing high-ticket packages is required
- Experience in a medical spa, cosmetic, aesthetic, or similar consultative sales environment is highly preferred
- Experience working with financing companies and helping clients secure financing is preferred
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
