Position Details
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Openings: 2 Positions Available
- License Required: LPN or RN
- Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with facility policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and fellow staff.
- Support and supervise nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care.
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
