Position Overview
Responsible for managing caregiver schedules, ensuring full client coverage, and responding to urgent staffing needs in a fast-paced home care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily caregiver schedules
- Fill open shifts quickly
- Match caregiver skills to client needs
- Communicate with caregivers and clients
- Maintain scheduling accuracy and documentation
Qualifications
- Scheduling or staffing experience
- Strong communication and organization
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Job Details:
- Part-Time to Start (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
- Weekend On-Call Rotation
- Fill in where and when needed
