Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Stock shelves and organize products with precision, ensuring accurate inventory control and proper merchandising standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and material handling tools, following safe lifting practices
- Assist with packaging, shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency
- Support retail store activities such as product knowledge sharing, merchandising displays, and customer service when needed
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifts safely
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in stock control and inventory accuracy
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer service principles is beneficial
