Production Technician (Cable Assembly)
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Production Technicians to join a fast-growing manufacturing team specializing in cable assembly. This is a hands-on production role where you'll assemble high-quality cable products while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
No prior cable assembly experience is required—we provide training. We're looking for dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and pride in producing quality work.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive, CNC, HVAC, electrical work, assembly, or other hands-on trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cable products at various production stations
- Follow work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure products meet quality requirements
- Perform repetitive hand assembly with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Learn multiple production stations and assist where needed
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve manufacturing goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes quickly
- Experience using hand tools or working with mechanical or electrical components is a plus
- Background in automotive, HVAC, CNC machining, electrical work, maintenance, or similar trades is highly valued
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand assembly throughout the shift
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
