12-Hour Shifts (36/48 hours)

We're looking for a Process Operator to operate and monitor key production systems, both in the control room and on the plant floor. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our chemical processes run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Operate process equipment such as pumps, valves, tanks, filtration systems, and more

Monitor systems using digital controls (e.g., DCS, SCADA) and respond to alarms or deviations

Load raw materials and assist with batch production, in-process checks, and equipment cleaning
-
Record production data and shift details with accuracy and attention to detail
-
Work closely with team members, supervisors, and support teams to maintain quality and flow
-
Follow safety protocols and environmental standards with precision
-
Handle chemicals using proper PPE and safe handling procedures

Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-
Perform other duties as needed to support production goals
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred

Prior experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing highly preferred
-
Familiarity with operating procedures, safety standards, and control room systems
-
Ability to read P&IDs, SOPs, and safety documentation (SDS)
-
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, noisy, or confined spaces with PPE
-
Clear, effective communicator and dependable team player
-
Forklift/power jack experience or certification strongly preferred

Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
This role is hands-on and physically active. Expect to:

Stand, climb stairs, and lift throughout the shift

Work in environments with noise, heat, chemicals, and vibration
-
Wear PPE including steel-toed boots, hard hats, and safety glasses
