What You Will Do:
- Operate office and production equipment, including printers, scanners, inserters, and related devices to support daily operations.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, distribution, package handling, and tracking.
- Prepare, print, and finish documents, including stapling, binding, and laminating materials.
- Maintain accurate production records, billing documentation, meter reads, and job logs while supporting established service level expectations.
- Monitor supply inventory, replenish materials as needed, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting administrative and reporting activities using Microsoft Office applications.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service or operations support experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to perform light physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
