The Trempealeau Co Health Care Center seeks an Activity Assistant to join our team. We have a full-time opening from 12 pm – 8 pm. You will be helping our residents with their daily routines and guiding them with games, walks, holiday activities, and other fun tasks.
*** 19.24 - $20.20/hr.***
Responsibilities
- Plan group activities and assist residents with participation.
- Assist with mealtime prep, delivery, and clean-up.
- Help oversee internal and external outings with residents.
- Document resident attendance to scheduled activities and chart as requested.
- Be aware of changing behaviors by residents and report to supervision.
Skills
- Attend required computer training related to the job.
- Follow all Federal, State, and County laws as they apply to your position.
- Meet all policies and procedures as stated by the Trempealeau Co Health Care Center.
