An Apartment Life Offsite Coordinator is a ministry and events coordinator. This role will be designed to serve and engage the residents of 4 specific apartment communities. Our coordinators do so by hosting events, meeting new residents, as well as gathering feedback from those nearing the end of their lease.
These engagements primarily happen in the evenings and on weekends, so the majority of our coordinators also have full-time jobs during the day. Monthly responsibilities include:
- Coordinating 1-2 events each month
- Interacting with residents through visits, events, and/ or social media
- Monthly reporting
- Consistent, regular meetings with property manager/ leasing staff
- Managing receipts, tracking expenses, and following a budget
- Monthly training meetings
An Apartment Life team/coordinator serves the community offsite, so they do not need to reside at the apartment they are serving. They are compensated with an hourly wage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
