Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated field sales professional in the Charleston, SC area. Having a construction background is helpful. The right candidate will have the ability to work independently. This is a salary plus commission based position with lots of financial potential for the right individual. We are willing to train the right person. Valid Drivers License is required. The following items are provided: Company Vehicle, Company Phone and Company Laptop.

Responsibilities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals and meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base.
- Manage accounts effectively, including business development.
- Demonstrate product demos and upsell additional services or products.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Cold call potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales, including outside sales
- Experience in account management and business development
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- 5 + years sales experience
- Valid driver's license for travel to client locations
