Job Title: Salesforce Data Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a temporary contractor to support upcoming data cleanup and entry initiatives, as well as basic Tier 1 support for our international teams. This role will focus heavily on Salesforce account hierarchy cleanup and foundational Revenue Systems work, helping free up our internal team for higher-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data cleanup and entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Perform Tier 1 support activities, including assisting international team members with system-related inquiries.
- Conduct a comprehensive cleanup of Salesforce account hierarchies, including:
- Reviewing at least 25 top-level accounts and their sub-entities.
- Constructing hierarchies where data is unavailable.
- Validating that all relevant sub-companies are nested correctly under their parent.
- Identifying and resolving duplicates, inconsistencies, and misaligned records.
- Focus on international entities, which require careful cleanup due to greater complexity.
- Collaborate with internal Revenue Systems team to ensure alignment with company processes and data standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Salesforce data management (account hierarchies, duplicates, validation).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfort with international datasets and complex entity structures.
- General understanding of Tier 1 technical support processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
