About This Opportunity
We are a growing behavioral health organization seeking a New Jersey-licensed physician to launch and hold ownership of a new psychiatric professional corporation (PC) in New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants true practice ownership without taking on the administrative burden of running a practice — billing, HR, credentialing, compliance, and day-to-day operations are handled by an experienced management partner, so you can focus on clinical leadership.
Role Summary
As the founding physician and Medical Director, you will hold ownership of the New Jersey PC (as required under state law for medical practice ownership) and provide clinical oversight and supervision for the practice's advanced practice providers (APNs/PAs) delivering psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. Full administrative, operational, and business support is provided by our management partner under a management services arrangement — you retain clinical authority and practice ownership.

- Serve as clinical escalation point for complex cases.
- Participate in periodic case review / quality improvement meetings.
- Partner with our management team on practice growth and compliance matters as needed.
