Powersports & RV Parts Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Powersports & RV Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting both service and sales teams in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the parts department for RV and Powersports units (ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc.)

Maintain optimal inventory levels through ordering, stocking, and cycle counts

Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize gross profit

Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and sales

Track department performance, including gross profit, turns, and obsolescence

Hire, train, and lead parts team members

Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when possible

Ensure clean, organized, and efficient parts department operations
Qualifications:

2+ years of parts management experience (RV, Powersports, or Automotive preferred)

Strong understanding of inventory control and dealership operations

Experience with dealership management systems (IDS, CDK, or similar)

Proven track record of increasing sales and gross profit

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
