Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and respectful process.
- Monitor the center to maintain safety, cleanliness, and order throughout your shift.
- Provide customer support by addressing guests' needs, questions, or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to handle emergency situations swiftly and effectively while following established protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to stay awake overnight.
- Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and active listening abilities.
- Prior experience working in shelter settings or warming centers is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
