Relocation assistance, including toolbox moving support
Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Accurately document labor times and repair procedures
Maintain efficiency and productivity goals
Collaborate with service advisors and warranty administrators
Ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly the first time
Participate in ongoing Ford training as needed
Previous experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to meet productivity and efficiency standards
Valid driver’s license
Commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork
Ford certifications preferred but not required
