Position Overview:
Henry M. Gunn High School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Girls Tennis Head Coach to lead our student-athletes in a positive, competitive, and character-driven athletic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tennis, a passion for developing young athletes, and a commitment to educational-based athletics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead all practices, games, and team events
- Develop student-athletes' skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all players
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school administration
- Adhere to all school, league (SCVAL), and CIF rules and regulations
- Promote the program within the school and broader community
- Collaborate with the Athletic Director on scheduling, transportation, and logistics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4,954.00 - $5,945.00 per year
