Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Permanent)

Pay:
- $38.02 – $57.04/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
- Option 1: Longer days Monday–Thursday + short Friday
- Option 2: 4x10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday (e.g., 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Physical Therapy experience (required)
- Active Physical Therapist license required (Virginia licensure applies)
- Resume and credentialing documentation required (VHS Perm Candidate Submission Form, SSN, DOB)
