Clinical Support Coordinator – Neurofeedback Services
Position Summary
The Clinical Support Coordinator helps oversee the day-to-day operation of our neurofeedback program by coordinating patient care, scheduling, and treatment services. This role serves as a primary point of contact for patients and families, helping ensure a positive experience throughout treatment.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating the neurofeedback caseload, communicating with patients and families, tracking treatment participation, and supporting clinicians with patient follow-up. During appointments, the coordinator prepares patients for BrainPaint neurofeedback sessions by applying sensors and initiating clinician-selected treatment protocols. Because BrainPaint administers the training automatically, this role focuses primarily on patient support, care coordination, and program organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of neurofeedback services.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Monitor attendance, treatment schedules, and patient follow-up needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and families.
- Prepare patients for BrainPaint sessions by applying sensors according to established procedures.
- Initiate clinician-directed BrainPaint sessions and monitor patient comfort.
- Document treatment sessions and communicate updates to the clinical team.
- Maintain treatment records, equipment, and treatment rooms.
- Assist with front desk and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable learning new technology.
- Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, customer service, or another patient-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Flexible schedule with evening availability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
No previous neurofeedback experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
