Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- Currently employed as a Hospice Liaison or Hospice Marketing Representative
- Established, active referral relationships within Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, or Denton Counties
- Strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, or other referral partners
- Ability to independently manage and grow a territory
- Currently producing hospice admissions
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow an active book of hospice referral business
- Drive consistent hospice admissions across assigned territory
- Strengthen relationships with hospitals, assisted living, physicians, and case managers
- Represent Star City Hospice’s clinical model with credibility and professionalism
- Partner closely with clinical leadership, admissions, and operations teams
- Execute territory strategy with accountability and follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

Qualifications
- Proven success in a quota-driven hospice marketing role
- Strong professional presence and relationship-building skills
- Experience marketing in current hospice market
- Self-motivated with a track record of producing results
