Environmental Pneumatics Inc. is based in Oakland, TN and specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing Industrial Dust Control and Scrap Systems for facilities in the Corrugated, Paper, and Grain Industries across the country.
We are seeking a CAD Designer/Drafter to be responsible for drafting and designing all aspects of assigned Industrial Dust Control and Scrap Systems. These systems include but are not limited to designs in mechanical equipment, piping systems, structural steel support, and custom sheet metal / plate fabrication.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project drawings and designs with Salesman and Engineering Manager.
- Drafting and designing field installation drawings with plan view layouts, elevations, connection details, and other components.
- Drafting and designing fabrication drawings for shop fabrication of mechanical equipment, piping system components, structural steel support, and custom sheet metal / plate fabrication.
- Coordinate and communicate with Shop Foreman and Field Supervisor on fabrication and installation designs.
- Understand fabrication standards and techniques used in the fabrication shop. Willingness to work and help in other areas of the company.
Qualifications and Skills
