Both classroom types are reinforced by paraprofessional support at a 3-to-1 student ratio, ensuring ample assistance and collaboration in meeting students’ individualized needs.
Qualifications:
- Active California Teaching License (as specified by role).
- Relevant Special Education credentials.
- Experience or training in crafting IEPs, differentiating instruction, and adapting curriculum for diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills to foster partnerships with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective, inclusive lesson plans.
- Evaluate student progress, maintain organized records, and write comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with support staff and parents to promote student success.
- Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom community.
