Mickelson Landscaping is looking for a motivated individual to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate would be hard-working and one that lives out our values on a day-to-day basis. We offer PTO and opportunities for advancement.
We'll pay you more if you have previous landscaping experience!
Responsibilities:
- The ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the foreman.
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including, but not limited to: CAT skidsteers, mini skidsteers, sod cutters, shovels, rakes, picks, axes, chainsaws, concrete saws, and drills.
- Operates vehicles such as dump truck and truck and trailer combinations.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Vocational or construction trade school certifications are a plus.
Physical Demands:
- As a Team Member, you will be regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop, bend, kneel; reach with hands and arms; speak and hear well, lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly.
Jobsite Conditions:
- We are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather (heat or cold), and moving mechanical equipment. Must be able to withstand inclement weather conditions and uneven terrain.
Work Hours:
- Days start at 7:30 a.m. and typically end around 5:00 pm.
- Lunch is 30 minutes, unpaid.
- This is a full-time seasonal position (April through November) with the opportunity for snow removal in the winter months.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
