You'll be leading a small install crew, working on high-performance systems: inverter-driven communicating split systems, VRF, and geothermal. You'll be expected to know your trade deeply, have the right tools for the job, take ownership of your job site from start to finish, and mentor the people working alongside you.

What we're looking for
The install skills are the baseline. What sets our people apart is everything else. We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience, preferably in large custom or high-end single-family homes
- Brings precision and pride to their work — a properly supported lineset, a clean condensate drain, a protected air handler — these things matter to you because they matter
- Protects the home throughout the entire job: floor coverings down before you start, equipment staged and moved carefully, work areas left cleaner than you found them
- Leads by example and is willing to teach and develop junior installers — not just get through the job, but build the people around them
- Communicates clearly and professionally with homeowners — you understand that the customer is watching, and you represent MSC in every interaction
- Has experience with variable-speed and multi-stage equipment, including communicating systems and zoning
- Has experience with or is eager to develop skills in VRF and/or geothermal systems (preferred)
- Is familiar with ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Holds EPA 608 Certification
- Has a valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Can pass a background check — no felonies
