Interim Healthcare Services of NEPA is seeking an outgoing Registered Nurse for a Full-Time Clinical Management position. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal, leadership, and organization skills for our CHAP Accredited Organization.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: Up to $66,000 per year

General Purpose: Provides oversight of the care/services furnished by employees to Interim HealthCare patients and clients. Collaborates with the Director of Health Care Services (DHCS) to develop and implement processes to ensure the efficient and effective achievement of patient/client outcomes in accordance with physician orders, applicable law and regulations, accepted standards of clinical practice, payor requirements and Interim HealthCare policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical team.
- Supervises, evaluates, motivates and develops professional and paraprofessional employees.
- Follows accepted standards of clinical practice.
- Uses clinical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population.
- Contributes to business growth by presenting information, education and support to external customers as requested.
- Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
- May have access to personal health information (\"PHI\") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in Pennsylvania. License is active and in good standing.
- Prefer at least two (2) years of experience as a home care RN and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Able to provide proof of valid driver's license, in accordance with office policy.
- Able to provide proof of valid auto liability insurance in accordance with office policy.
