Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking detailed histories and performing physical examinations.
- Assist in diagnosing medical conditions using your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication administration.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately by documenting patient encounters, medical records, ICD coding, and medical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital or outpatient settings to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Perform intake assessments, vital signs monitoring, and basic life support (BLS) procedures to stabilize patients when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner certification/license with current registration to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in internal medicine or primary healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and ICD coding standards.
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform clinical procedures such as medication administration, and vital signs collection.
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
