The Role
We are seeking a versatile Sales & Service Representative to handle a blend of client acquisition and daily agency operations. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the office—serving as the first point of contact for our existing clients while proactively seizing opportunities to write new business. This position is ideal for an organized, licensed professional who excels at building trust, solving problems, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service & Account Management: Assist walk-in clients and phoning policyholders with daily needs, including processing payments, policy changes, and resolving coverage questions.
- Administrative Support: Manage the office schedule by setting appointments, managing follow-ups, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
- New Business & Multi-Line Sales: Utilize provided leads, inbound walk-ins, and account reviews to quote, present, and bind new auto, home, and life policies.
- Retention & Relationship Building: Deliver an exceptional customer experience that ensures long-term client loyalty and drives local word-of-mouth referrals.
What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications):
- Active License: Current Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health insurance license is required.
