**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic or Shop Help to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related equipment. If you have a passion for working with heavy-duty machinery and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, this position may be the perfect fit for you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related equipment, including heavy lifting and use of hand tools and power tools.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with diesel engines and related systems.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills, with the ability to work with a variety of diesel engines and related equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in diesel engine maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
