In this role, you will operate a stand-up forklift to transport materials, load and unload trailers, place products into high-bay rack storage, and pick orders using RF scanners. Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $21.00/hr.
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
- 3rd Shift: 5:30 pm – 4:00 am, Monday – Thursday (Training takes place on 1st shift)

Duties of the stand-up forklift operator:
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport pallets, materials, and finished goods throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload freight trailers, place products into high-bay rack storage, and retrieve staging items
- Pick, stage, and consolidate outbound customer orders using RF scanner technology
- Adhere to all facility OSHA regulations, inventory control guidelines, and warehouse safety rules
Requirements of the stand-up forklift operator:
- 1 to 2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Hands-on experience operating RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift
- Ability to maneuver machinery safely within narrow warehouse aisles and high-bay rack systems
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
